NORTH INDIAN BHAIRAVA RAGA BAMBOO MEDITATION FLUTE
Another one of my custom designs with an exotic Indian Raga tuning.
This bamboo flute has a mystical, north Indian sound with a 2-3 octave range. It is tuned to C minor Bhaiarava thaat, an eastern raga found in north Indian classical music. The sound is moody, meditative, mystical, and ancient. Tuned in concert pitch at 440 hertz. The flute features a sound chamber above the emboucher
in the David Carradine design style. Almost 3 feet in length with the sound chamber above.

A completely unique original design featuring 2 thumb holes with one on the side and one on the bottom of the flute.
Customized with eco-flow water based stain, and light fire treating on the body.
Hand rubbed almond oil finish. My artistic wife Nicole Richardson has carved and painted an image of Krishna on the upper chamber with other eastern motifs on the body of this beautiful flute. The flute will rest on your left shoulder when playing. Nicole can add any artistic motif or symbol you would enjoy so just let us know in the comment field when you place your order.
The bore is colored and treated in either red or green.
