A Minor Egyptian Scale Hand Carved Chinese Bamboo Flute

15 inches in length. Built by Thomas from cured Chinese stone bamboo which has been fire treated and cured before it arrives at my workshop. Beautiful bamboo enhanced with an original artistic custom finish. A mix of wood stains are used to achieve the finish. Eco-flow water based stains are used to complete the finishing process. Brown hemp thread bindings. Hints of gold color in the finish.
Tuned in A 440 concert pitch. To A Egyptian minor. A BFLAT C CSHARP E F GSHARP A.
6 finger holes. The pinky finger covers the root note.
Very mysterious, a mystical sounding flute tuning. Exotic and unique.
Nicole Richardson, the artist behind the look of your new flute has carefully and beautifully hand carved and painted an eye of Horus, a rising sun, a scarab and Egyptian flowers!
